Thoughout the selling process of my home, Jeremy provided an abundance of experience. He showed me what to expect when my home went on the market, to what type of buyers maybe interested. And finally how supportive he was during the closing process. Overall Jeremy is an outstanding Realtor that goes beyond what the average Realstate agent offers.

Lora made the home buying process simple, even with the added challenge of having buyers relocating from out of state. We did not know the Tampa area well, but Lora was able to find houses and neighborhoods for us that fit what we were looking for instantly. Lora set up and mapped out a great house hunting weekend for us over Memorial Day weekend, where we viewed about ten houses and the first offer placed on a place we loved was accepted. When viewing the houses, Lora truly was our advocate and was great at pointing out pros and cons of every house we looked at. Once we were in contract, Lora graciously set up all the inspections for us and even represented us at the house inspections when we were out of state. We have no negatives with our experience with Lora and would highly recommend her to anyone moving to the Tampa/Saint Petersburg area.

In the review title I sat there and wrote something and deleted over and over because it didn’t say enough, and just came up with constant. Marissa showed us over 120 homes in over one year. We had a unique family dynamic so it was never easy. She was patient, she would put in offers and do everything to make ours stand out above others, but with the market and our situation, it was never accepted until may of this year. We closed a month ago. We could not have done any of this without Marissa. She was always there for us!!! I would recommend Marissa to everyone!! She is so kind and very motivated to get you a home!!!
