Moving from NC to the Tampa area seemed like an arduous journey when looking for a home to purchase. It was indeed a blessing when I clicked on a property on the web and I received a message from Paul offering to help me. I had no idea who he was, but within a short period, he proved to be the best thing that happened to me in this process. He kept me abreast daily of every home that came to market that met my geographic and price requirements. When I picked a few houses that piqued my interest, he lined up appointments at each home for me to visit the weekend I flew down. As we walked through each home, he pointed out issues that I did not notice but needed to be aware of. I decided to make offer on one of the houses, and we developed a pricing strategy that worked. Paul found me a reputable inspector that did an incredible job on all the different types of required Florida inspections, which helped determine that I needed to negotiate further because of the reports. Since I was in NC, Paul was always on site when it was required. I had not purchased a home in years, but when we needed to update my qualification letter during the weekend I visited, he knew who to call at the mortgage company, and we had updated letters for more expensive houses almost instantly. He provided me insights as to the differences in requirements for insurance in Florida and braced me for the much higher rates than in any state I have lived in. Paul was even so kind to receive a few packages that shipped early from vendors since I had not moved in yet. Paul is a professional. He is a total gentleman and his follow-up is incredible. I can confidently state that because of Paul, this process went through in record time, without any hiccups that Paul did not fix with a phone call.
