Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far. Karyn is nearly always available for us when you call her. Our house was a unique property, and she helped us sell it quickly! She went out of her way to do research for us before and after the purchase of our new house. We did a door to door close, which is a very stressful experience, but she made it easy as pie.
