Kathy made sure the house was ready to sell before we listed it. She coordinated the inspection, and helped me to get two windows fixed. Kathy updated me once we had an offer, once we accepted the offer, and she kept me informed if any issues occurred. Kathy came over to the house on a regular basis to make sure things were done to make the hous the most presentable, and to help ensure the sale. We ran into several bumps that threatens to delay the closing. She was able to advise me, and coordinate getting things done. She also got someone to do a terminal clean after the house was empty.
