Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Jada had a quick turnaround to any questions I had, and if she didn’t know the answer she would say she didn’t know but she would find out. She always stayed true to her word and would take the time to get back to me on any questions I had. Ultimately Jada was a pleasure to work with. She is punctual too!
