On top of all that, we had to deal with hurricanes last year, and Kim made sure everything was taken care of. Checking on me, the property, coordinating repairs, and giving me peace of mind durning a stressful time. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, my home sold successfully. In addition to handling the sale of one of our townhouses, Kim handles the management of three of our other properties. She takes care of finding new tenants, leases, any repairs that need to be taken care of and depositing the rent checks into our account in a timely manner.
