When I inquired about a house I saw online, Mike responded promptly with the information I requested. The house was already sold, but Mike helped me find what I was looking for. I was living out of state, and he accommodated my travel schedule by arranging for me to view several homes over the short period of time I was in town. When I decided to buy, he walked me through all the steps of the purchase and followed up after the sale to make sure I had followed through on an after-sale to-do list he had suggested. He was wonderful to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

We are happy and proud to have Vlad Markov as our realtor. Vlad has helped us with 2 realty transaction already, both were completed flawlessly, with no stress and in scope. Vlad amazes us by his professionalism, knowledge, understanding of and care for our needs. He is always punctual, completes tasks on time, and always provides advice and education during the process from start to end making sure things are done on time, on budget, and to everyone's satisfaction. If we have another opportunity to work with Vlad, we will definitely do so, with great pleasure. Thank you, Vlad, for all your help and genuine involvement! Fantastic experience! A+++!

It was our first time buying a new house, and he did a great job at walking us through the entire process. Michael was very knowledgeable about the local area of Tampa. On top of this, he was very responsive to any questions or concerns and he provided us with answers within a quick phone call or text. He also made sure we were always on time with reminders to guide us throughout the closing process and all of the deadlines we had to meet. Overall we had an excellent experience with Michael. My husband and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!
