I recently had the pleasure of working with Shavonda Ragsdale to purchase my beautiful dream home. She was really a shoulder to lean on throughout this whole process. Her professionalism was superb, She is very knowledgeable of the market. Which made it very easy for me, because I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a home. She communicates well which made me feel like we were her only customers. Any questions or concerns she was a phone call or email away. Her negotiation skill is top-tier. She had plenty of resources. I know for a fact she went out of her way to provide us with the best deal for the home I wanted it. I was very impressed the process was not a headache and wasn’t a drag out situation. I was overly please and thankful for the Angel Realtor Shavonda Ragsdale. She was definitely Haven sent.
