We used Kelli for our first home purchase and had a great experience so we decided to use her services again when selling and upgrading. We had multiple offers on our house within days of listing! Peggy assisted my husband and me to find a home for our daughter who lives out of state. Our daughter was a first-time home buyer with a maximum budget of $165,000 for a home that met our criteria for location, low maintenance exterior, decent windows, a garage, two bedrooms, and an opportunity to make improvements within her budget if needed to the bathroom and kitchen. We also wanted an unfinished basement and/or upstairs for future expansion. Needless to say the homes that met this were sold within days or weeks of coming on the market. When we found potential homes, Peg was very responsive and quick to set up showings and to notify the seller's realtor immediately if we were considering an offer. My daughter closed on her house in mid January. Peg knew she would not be able to qualify for the reduced homestead tax rate for 2016 so she negotiated to have the seller pay the difference between the homestead and non-homestead tax rate for the entire year of 2016. Peg was always available to answer questions and give advice throughout the entire process and we really appreciated her professionalism and expertise.
