From the outset, we knew that our renovated historic home was unique and would only appeal to a special buyer. Jeanna was proactive in her marketing strategy, holding tours for local agents and widely listing the property. After the house had been on the market for a couple of months, we relocated to the East Coast, leaving the listing in her capable hands. Each time she showed the property, she arrived early to make sure the house was in order, taking care of minor cleaning and freshening. Given the substantial time difference, communication with her was thorough and prompt. When we received a couple of dubious offers, Jeanna counseled us on their merits. She was patient with our concerns when the length of time on the market extended beyond a year.
