We met Cheryl at an Open House that we happened to drive by one day and because of our great rapport with her we decided to employ her as our agent to help us find a house. And when it came time to sell that house we didn't hesitate to contact Cheryl again. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and hard working. Had we not moved out of state we would be working with her now to find our new home.

Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!" I'm still not sure myself, but I know a huge part of it is absolutely due to Jade. Again, I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a dream to work with.
