Dawn was very personable and patient with me. I had a lot of picky criteria to meet for the "perfect house" and we looked at a lot of houses over a rather lengthy period of time. She was great at pointing out not only the positives to the houses we looked at but possible short comings as well after getting to know our lifestyles. I would highly recommend her on both the buying and selling sides of real estate!

My son and I were beyond fortunate to meet and work with Jaclyn, who is not only a phenomenal real estate agent, extremely knowledgeable, even-tempered, experienced, and a consummate professional, but is a tremendous person. From the beginning, we were impressed with Jaclyn's relatability, reliability (she has a young family and still kept her CT appointments for home showing while driving from Mass in inclement weather), confidence, and transparency in providing ongoing communication, as well as the time she took to explain the basics (and complexities) of our first home-buying experience. Jaclyn made a very challenging process seem far more manageable, and my son and I would never have been able to find and especially ENJOY our spectacular dream home without Jaclyn. She is more than a professional realtor/broker. We consider a close friend because she stood by us, proactively submitted third-party documents to the loan company far in advance and when they forgot to request certain information, Jaclyn demonstrated outstanding resourcefulness by contacting colleagues who readily responded to her requests because of her natural ability to communicate with anyone, remain amicable and non-judgmental during difficult transactions, genuine, empathic, and while adopting a client-centered approach. Simply put, Jaclyn is the ideal realtor my family was beyond blessed to have found and will remain in touch for years to come. My husband and I had a complicated situation. We had to sell our house in Longmeadow, MA, while simultaneously buying our new house in Ellington, CT. (We had a "Hubbard clause.") We could not buy until we sold. Since we lived in Massachusetts, we were working with a MA realtor. My husband and I had been looking for a new house for almost a year. We initially were just looking in Massachusetts, but we became open to looking for houses "south of the border." (lol) However, our MA realtor was not licensed in CT, and we did not want to use a different realtor from his company who was licensed in CT, because -- although he was licensed in Connecticut -- he was not very familiar with CT. Thus, I reached out to Matt's dad (I did not know Matt was a realtor at the time), as I had heard raving reviews about him from people at work. (I work in CT.) Brian, Matt's dad, put us in touch with Matt. We were very happy to work with Matt. Matt did not make us sign a contract with him right away, which appeased my husband. After we were in touch with Matt, he immediately contacted the two properties we were interested in seeing at that time. He set up an appointment to see the house that was the better house first. While we were viewing the other house the seller's realtor was there, at the seller's request. The seller's realtor left us alone, and when we were leaving, Matt and he talked. Matt knew I really liked the house but since we had the Hubbard clause it didn't make us look like the best buyers. Matt worked behind the scenes with the other realtor to assure him that as soon as we put our house on the market it would sell right away (which it did). Anyway, all of this is to say that Matt really worked well for us. I am grateful to him for helping us buy our dream house. Matt is Matt calm, cool, and collected and very easy to work with. He is honest and will tell you his opinion. He is on top of everything. Hire Matt!
