Michael was very knowledgeable in investment properties. He gave me some very good ideas of what I needed to do to maximize the unit for sale. He not only made suggestions but told me what it should cost me. I needed the guidance and felt it very helpful. Following his suggestions and doing the updated the property sold within about two weeks of listing with a quick close. I could not be more satisfied.
