Michael reviewed my condo before I put it on the market and gave me very good advice as what I could do to get the best sale price. He not only made suggestions but also told me the estimated cost of doing the improvements. The improvements did make a big difference. He was on top of all competition on the market in my area. My first condo he sold so quickly and this the second condo was taking a little longer. He encouraged me to hang on because he felt it was priced correctly and would sell. He was correct about that. Worked with my attorney to get all paperwork submitted for a quick smooth closing. I would highly recommend him. I used him to sell two investment condos for me.
