Michelle was so wonderful and patient with us as we looked at many properties before finding our new home. She taught us so much about lake life. We appreciated her contacts for different providers, inspectors, and utilities. We enjoyed her company and thought she was kind and friendly in general, but as we came closer to making an offer and navigating the purchase process, she really shined. She was a staunch advocate for us and facilitated a creative solution to what might have been a challenging closing after a portion of the contract was not fulfilled. We did not want to delay the closing, and she was diplomatic yet masterful at crafting a solution that protected us. We are 2 weeks post-closing and she continues to serve as a resource, connecting us with services. Her guidance and counsel were on point, wise and greatly appreciated!

We could not have chosen a more dedicated, knowledgable, caring, ethical, and customer oriented agent. Michelle listened and cared about all our wants and needs from the first meeting. Personable and professional she crossed the T's and dotted the I's. Giving attention to, and utilizing every resource at her disposal to market our home. Professional photos, drone photography and an extremely descriptive listing gave buyers a clear and accurate idea of our property. Communication was perfect. She kept in touch sharing important details and keeping us up to date with activity. We had fair notice of every showing and useful feedback from every one. She shared insight and suggestions. Michelle is absolutely the best Realtor I've ever dealt with--and there's been a few. She helped us find the right home for our family quickly, and once we were ready to go, she walked us through every step of the way with dignity, grace, and bubbly good humor at every step. She's fun, brilliant, and very, very skilled at what she does. Five stars is simply not enough on the scale here. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. If you're looking for a home in our area, I rather doubt you'll do any better than to have Michelle in your corner.

Until key issues were fixed, she advised that we may consider walking away. Fortunately, she stood her ground and the issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
