Great communication. Was always on top of everything We had an inspection of the home we were buying. The inspector did not identify the entire problem with one of the HVAC systems. Kristen had an independent electrician inspect. We discovered that one of the HVAC systems needed to be replaced. If not for Kristen's due diligence, my husband and I would have closed not knowing the problem. We would have had to replace the system outselves Kristen we cannot thank you enough Janet and Steve
