I recently decided to sell my home in the Clearlake area and decided to go with Edrina as my realtor. From the moment I met her, I knew I had made the right decision. She is a very caring individual and helped me with every aspect of the process - hiring a contractor, choosing paint color, flooring, tiles, driving over 2 hours to get my light fixtures and so on. Her expertise and many years of experience gave me the confidence to leave everything in her hands and travel out of the country. Edrina coordinated and oversaw all the work that had to be done to prepare the house for sale. She even watered my lawn to keep it up during the hot summer months!!! My home sold within a few days and it was an easy and successful experience - thanks to Edrina. She has become a "celebrity" among my family and friends. I have sold my home and have also gained a good friend. Edrina Fitting with Lady Bug realty is the best.
