Paul was very help in the purchase of our home! He is very expeditious in his responses and dealings with selling agents. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone trying to buy or sell a house. I used Paul in the purchase of our first home 3 years ago and still use him today. We are actually in the pending stages of our selling our home as well and Paul was very helpful in this process as well. Makes a stressful situation much better. Karen is a very knowledgeable agent of the housing market. We could not have asked for a better agent. She went above and beyond helping us sell our home and purchasing a new one. In the middle of buy/sell process my husband was in the hospital and I had Covid. She got all the necessary papers and with mask & gloves on she brought to house for me to sign and then went to hospital so my husband could sign.
