Peter is an experienced and knowledgeable agent. He is also courteous and kindhearted, very pleasant to interact with. We very quickly grew close to Peter and looked forward to seeing him at each showing. Peter showed us our first home on July 18, 2025. We finally found our home in April of 2026 and closed on May 1, 2026. For 9 months Peter was so patient and helpful during our search. He showed us so many homes and advised us each step of the way. Being a few hours away from Greeneville, TN made it difficult to view houses we saw online. Peter would often go for us taking pictures or videos as needed. This helped us narrow the list of houses we saw in-person on our occasional weekend visits to Greeneville. He always made himself available and was an outstanding agent. We HIGHLY recommend Peter to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
Matthew truly worked hard showing us several homes. He was knowledgeable and very professional during each showing. He always had the tools needed to answer every question.( flashlight, measuring tape, etc). He was not afraid to go up into the attic, or crawl on the ground to make sure what we were looking at. He is approachable and listens well. When we asked to see a property, he made it happen usually within a few hours. We couldn't be happier in our experience with Matthew.
Cory was polite and professional from the time I walked in the door. He was good at multitasking, which is a must in his profession. While staying courteous to all. The entire transaction was virtually seamless, which is hard to accomplish with so many different personalities involved and a lot of money, but he did it. He also kept everyone up to date and in the know at all times. Lastly, he recommended vendors/contractors to help with some things that need to be done, and they have turned out to be good recommendations thus far.
