Matthew Burzynski

Matthew truly worked hard showing us several homes. He was knowledgeable and very professional during each showing. He always had the tools needed to answer every question.( flashlight, measuring tape, etc). He was not afraid to go up into the attic, or crawl on the ground to make sure what we were looking at. He is approachable and listens well. When we asked to see a property, he made it happen usually within a few hours. We couldn't be happier in our experience with Matthew.

He made the experience simple and easy, even with me being in another state.

Matthew was a pleasure with which to work. He was not pushy and listened to our "list" of wants. He was patient and drove us all around the ti-cities area. I looked at around 20-25 homes. It took us several months to find a perfect home. But we did and are now in the process of moving in. There were a few bumps in the process that were not Matthew's fault-such as a seller going with another offer although it was lower than ours. Matthew mades a few suggestions on some potential issues with a couple of homes that were invaluable. I appreciated his honesty and laid-back approach to purchasing a home
