Peter is a great agent to work with, he had no problem working around my unique schedule and always responded to my questions and enquiries in a timely manner. He demonstrated good knowledge of the area, researched houses we wanted to view and often provided printed information about the properties. I never once felt pressured to look at any properties or make a choice on one versus another. Once a decision was made, Peter then made the process of purchasing the house almost effortless! Always professional and friendly, he adeptly guided me through making an offer, getting a home inspection, etc, and helped negotiate a great deal on my behalf! All in all working with Peter was a brilliant experience and I would heartily recommend him!

We were born and raised in Johnson City. The military and civilian work had us traveling for many years. So every time we think we are ready to settle down and maybe retire we alway come back to our hometown. That’s where Cory comes in. I have simply lost count of how many times I’ve used Cory in the past. Let me see if I can recount! During Covid, he helped us buy a condo sight unseen, and it was a great purchase. Then he sold that condo for us a couple years later. Sometime later we moved back to Johnson City and bought a for sale by owner home and he helped us sell that one too. Eventually we came back to Johnson City and he helped us buy a home sight unseen again. We were very satisfied with that purchase as well. We thought that would be our retirement home… but nope, so he helped us sell that one too. Who knows what we will do next, but if we make it back to East TN we would not even consider using another Realtor. We will always call Cory.
If you want an agent who actually works for you, Cory is your person. From day one, he brought real energy and real effort to the process. He wasn’t just checking boxes or waiting for things to happen. He was constantly out ahead of it, looking for angles, identifying things we could tighten up, and pushing us to put our best foot forward at every step. What stood out most was his hustle. There were moments where I honestly wasn’t sure things were going to come together, and Cory just kept moving. He didn’t slow down, didn’t go quiet, and didn’t give us watered-down updates just to keep us comfortable. He told us what we needed to hear and then went to work on it. He also had a sharp eye for improvement. Whether it was presentation, positioning, or timing, he consistently came back with ideas on how to make things better. That’s not something you always get. A lot of agents do the minimum. Cory treated it like it was his own deal on the line. I’d recommend him without hesitation. If you want someone who’s going to fight for you, stay on top of every detail, and not let anything slip through the cracks, call Cory.
Jason is the best, and I am so grateful that I got to work with him on purchasing my first home. He was very thoughtful and insightful; his communication was prompt, detailed, and kind; He walked me through every step of the process, and I never felt alone or that there were any dumb questions to be asked. I went into this process very nervous, and he went above and beyond to make it smooth and less stressful. Additionally, the referrals and contacts he works alongside were also great! I have zero complaints and am more than pleased with my experience. 10/10 would recommend working with Jason to anyone!

Cory helps me think about purchases rents and taxes. He looks to the future and has many scenarios on what we might do together. With every idea he is careful and energetic. He has a lot of energy and is kind to all people. I am fortunate to have him as my realtor for years and my friend also. On this last purchase, the problem was clear communication with the title company.
