This is now the second house that Leda has sold me and she sold two of mine. Leda goes completely above and beyond no matter what the circumstances are to make her client happy. I have no idea how many houses she took me to that I said absolutely not, at the very least it had to be 20 and because of the market they were all over the place, maybe 3 I said maybe to, and then one that I said this is the house. Leda discusses everything with you, she has a knack for research and she is excellent at it. She sees things that you don't and will make you aware of it; flood areas, wet basements, leaky roofs.
