Following a negative experience with a different realtor who left me feeling like I had to do the work and tell them what to do, a friend recommended I reach out to Erica. I had also just had knee surgery and needed someone who knew the market and areas I wanted to look so the trips and viewings would be worth hobbling around :) Erica was a breath of fresh air in my home search! She had a process, interviewed me to understand my needs, "must haves, deal breakers and nice to haves" and which areas I was open or interested in looking and which areas I would not consider. She asked about my work location, hobbies and desired driving distance, as well as budget. Erica is a fellow dog lover and volunteers with a rescue, so she even knew that my dog and being able to find something that fit his needs and my ability to be able to walk him safely (and easily having just had surgery) was important. Even the mortgage lender she recommended was awesome. We had a few unexpected road bumps during the purchase process (through no fault of theirs), and both Erica and the mortgage lender were phenomenal at navigating the situation and resolving the issue. I was finally able to purchase a great condo in Smyrna in April of 2023 that I have turned into a cozy home for my dog and I. We love the area and the park-like feel. Erica really listened and advocated for us the entire way. She is a wealth of knowledge and so helpful. She takes her work seriously and really listens to her clients. I also appreciated that she "managed" me - making sure I was signing documents on time, looking at listings she had sent and making decisions and providing feedback and even making sure I was comfortable with the budget of potential homes. I highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for a realtor and will definitely use her again if needed!
