I met Daveron via online. When he was alerted of my interest in a property, he promptly texted me asking for my availability to call. We talked discussed home buying and properties I wanted to view the following day. Daveron jumped right in and assisted. From Day 1 until the end, closing, he was there-literally! Communication & customer service were A-1. He always made me feel as if I were his only client. Another thing I liked about Daveron was his honesty. If he was able to assist, he assisted, if he was unable to assist, he sent resources my way. Daveron's attitude is always positive. A warm smile can be seen on his face. He goes above and beyond for his clients. There was a time when he stood in the pouring rain, talking to an on-site agent about lot numbers (This community had done a poor job labeling the lots.) You think he mentioned anything about be soaked? He absolutely did not! Daveron is an agent who establishes relationships with his clients. I entrusted a lot with him. So much so, that I referred a close of friend of mine (precious cargo) to Daveron. If I am ever in the home-buying or selling market again, I will DEFINITELY choose Mr. Daveron Boston.

If you want an agent that is : -Super engaging- makes your needs and requests seem as if they are her own personal needs/requests. -Super knowledgeable- Has lots of information plus a legacy of information she inherited from her mother, who is also in the business; and, will give you EVERY BIT of info you need before, during and after the process is complete. -A SUPER negotiator-Will fight to get deals, concessions and perks for you that you can't even imagine- Then- SELECT CHASSIDY HODGINS!! She guided me through the lending process, and I was able to purchase the home under appraised value with almost all of the closing costs covered. I never thought buying a home would go so smoothly but Chassidy really proved me otherwise, and a couple months in, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. 100% recommended.
