The buyers purchased that home. Another important skill set is negotiations. Joel's experience is an asset in guiding you through an offer. He has a strong sense of what may be attractive to the seller and he has relationships with others in his industry. He was a one stop shop for us, and we are so grateful to have crossed paths.
