I met Joel by chance through Zillow in my pursuit of searching for the perfect home. We provided Joel with the criteria for the home we were seeking and started off on our journey. Joel quickly converted our vision into homes we could see. He truly has a sense of the market and more importantly a unique ability to get a feel for what the buyer is seeking. In my case, he knew when we had found the right home before we even saw it. I have since recommended Joel to other family and they had a similar experience. In another example, he called the buyer when a home had just hit the market with a sense of urgency so they would not lose the opportunity because he knew it was "the one". The buyers purchased that home. Another important skill set is negotiations. Joel's experience is an asset in guiding you through an offer. He has a strong sense of what may be attractive to the seller and he has relationships with others in his industry. He was a one stop shop for us, and we are so grateful to have crossed paths.
