Lamar is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get along with, professional, and extremely hard working. He is also exceptionally patient. I had to flip the script on him twice. He didn't bat an eye, just refocused and helped keep me on track, calm and happy. Seriously the best agent I've ever worked with (and I'm related to one.) He tirelessly worked to get the house beautiful and it sold quickly and at asking price. I moved out of state and he handled everything better than I ever could. You cannot go wrong with Lamar.
