Lamar Bryant, Jr. was raised in East Point, Georgia with his younger sister, Nekeya. As a child, Lamar had aspirations of being a professional fine artist like his father, or an architect. While attending Emory University for his undergraduate studies, he became very interested in the subject of psychology and took it up as his major. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
As the years went by, Lamar worked his way from cashiering at Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits (College Park, GA) to teaching the 3rd grade at The Friends School of Atlanta (Decatur, GA), to selling TVs and electronics at Brandsmart USA (Stockbridge, GA). He never wavered in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
Lamar got into the real estate industry in 2012 after his mother, Joyce S. Bryant, lost her battle with colon cancer. Using the inheritance money she left for him, Lamar bought his first investment property and started Living Good and Loving It Enterprises, LLC to provide high-quality living for renters. After being a landlord for three years, he became a licensed REALTOR® to help his clients climb the ladder to homeownership with confidence.
As his career advanced, Lamar found his stride working with residential buyers and sellers. He’s an expert in sales, marketing, negotiating, and problem solving. He has a passion for helping his clients achieve success through education and hands-on guidance.
