Lamar is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to get along with, professional, and extremely hard working. He is also exceptionally patient. I had to flip the script on him twice. He didn't bat an eye, just refocused and helped keep me on track, calm and happy. Seriously the best agent I've ever worked with (and I'm related to one.) He tirelessly worked to get the house beautiful and it sold quickly and at asking price. I moved out of state and he handled everything better than I ever could. You cannot go wrong with Lamar.
One of the most important phone calls I've ever made was to Danny Plunkett of White Ash Realty & Century 21 Novus. We talked about my interest in buying my wife and me our "forever home" to live out our "golden years" in peace, comfort, and tranquility. Ms. Angela Aull was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to sale and funding. I had several issues with the tenant, property recon, dealing with offers and negotiations. We had a bumpy ride with an incorrect lien, with funding and other issues. Ms. Aull made all the difference with her good advice, and great communication skills.
