I first contacted Gerilyn De Laurentys about listing my Georgia home in November of 2025 in accordance with a divorce agreement. Due to an uncooperative ex-spouse the house only just sold in July 2026. For this entire time I have been working in Japan while trying to manage things in GA. Gerilyn was amazing over this period. She repeatedly prompted the Ex about progress. Went to the house multiple times to verify the condition and occupancy. Regularly updated me on the current state of things without prompting. She was an excellent go between preventing possible friction between the Ex and me. She is quick to respond and has multiple avenues of communication, and was just generally friendly, professional, and attentive. I could not have asked for a better agent.

Her responsive was always quick no matter what day or time. She helped us a lot with getting the contractor to do the repairs or when we were getting the house ready for sale. She seemed very eager to jump and help without any hesitations. Also, we were so impressed with her market knowledge and professionalism, as well as has strong work ethics.

Vilma played a large part in the successful closing of my new home and she was a pleasure to work with.
