Sold As-Is property

We were selling a rental property in Columbia County, Ga that needed major updating. We did not want to invest the money to fix it up prior to selling so we asked Ann Marie McManus to sell it As-Is. She found several potential buyers, negotiated some counter bids and smoothly navigated the closing process. The final closing price was within our expectations. Ann Marie kept us up to date on all communications, responding to all our texts, emails, and phone calls.
