Barbara was our property manager for 6 years and not only looked out for our investment and I would say it's safe to say she looked out for the tenants as well. We had a horrible property manager in another state that we had to fire so we know what bad looks like. When we decided to sell, she went to bat for us and looked at all options when a contingent offer started to go sideways.
