We were selling a rental property in Columbia County, Ga that needed major updating. We did not want to invest the money to fix it up prior to selling so we asked Ann Marie McManus to sell it As-Is. She found several potential buyers, negotiated some counter bids and smoothly navigated the closing process. The final closing price was within our expectations. Ann Marie kept us up to date on all communications, responding to all our texts, emails, and phone calls.

Ann Marie and her teammates Janet and Patrick are true real estate professionals. They listen to you and guide you through process making it almost seem stress free. We settled on a fair price after reviewing comps and my condo sold in one day at the asking price. They knew precisely what we were seeking in a new home and were successful in acquiring the home and closing five weeks from the sale of our condo. Ann Marie’s team were fabulous and I recommend them to all who are buying or selling property in the CSRA. HUXLEY NIXON

Thank you for the whole team's hard work selling our home and helping our international move go so smoothly. We appreciate your expert guidance, clear communication, and dedication through every step of the process. We knew it was the right team for us when we saw all your previous properties sell in Conifer Place.
