I also had a great experience on the financing side working with James Gay, who did an amazing job as well. Everyone involved worked together seamlessly, and everything happened on schedule as planned, even when we expected possible delays or challenges. I truly cannot say enough good things about Gerald. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and works extremely well under pressure. I never felt like I had to worry because he was always two steps ahead.
