Kim was 100% professional, but still very friendly, and listened to my concerns. I was selling and buying a house for the first time in 44 years, and was not familiar with the process at all. She walked me through the process, explaining things as we went, and I ended up with a new house that I love. I would definitely ask her to be my agent again if I wanted to buy or sell a house in the future.

Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it.
