Kim did a wonderful job executing a very complicated multi-way sale / buy under very difficult time constraints for us. She was incredibly responsive and on point with everything that needed to get done. She fought for us in all negotiations as well. I couldn't recommend her more.

Easy to work with

Kim was 100% professional, but still very friendly, and listened to my concerns. I was selling and buying a house for the first time in 44 years, and was not familiar with the process at all. She walked me through the process, explaining things as we went, and I ended up with a new house that I love. I would definitely ask her to be my agent again if I wanted to buy or sell a house in the future.
