Ashleigh Went Above and Beyond to Make Sure We Got Our Home!
Where do I even start?! First off, I officially closed on my home October 29th, and I can confidently say that without Ashleigh, I don’t know if we would’ve made it to the closing table! We actually had a situation where our original lender almost caused the entire deal to fall apart, AFTER we had already paid our earnest money! Instead of treating the situation with the urgency it deserved, his solution was basically that he could find us grants for another property. Like sir, WHAT?! 😂 This is where Ashleigh really showed why having the right realtor matters. She immediately helped us get connected with another lender, and we managed to close in about 20 DAYS! If that doesn’t tell you how hard she worked to make this happen, I don’t know what will. Ashleigh is ALWAYS on top of things. Even when I wasn’t the quickest to respond (and I’ll admit, that happened a few times lol), she stayed persistent and made sure absolutely nothing fell through the cracks. Her communication was amazing! Whenever I had a question or concern, she was available and responded almost instantly. It never felt like I was just another client or another transaction. She genuinely took the time to get to know me, shared things about herself, and made the whole process feel like I was working with a friend rather than just a realtor. Won’t ever forgot her saying, this might have been one of the toughest homebuying processes she’s ever dealt with, but she wasn’t upset about it. Instead, she looked at it as a learning experience for all of us. And the crazy part? Through all the chaos, she managed to stay cool, calm, and collected while I was about two seconds away from losing my mind on multiple times! 😂 Her confidence and composure honestly helped keep me grounded through everything. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, persistent, and genuinely cares about YOU and not just closing a deal, Ashleigh is your person. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
