Denise was always so professional and kind, giving her honest opinions and feedback on each house we toured together. Karen helped me in every aspect, including using my VA loan to find a house while living out of state. She went on tours for me remotely and filmed and even helped me put an offer on my first house while I wasn’t even in the state. When I finally was able to come to Atlanta and tour houses in person, she picked me up and drove me around and threw a whirlwind one day I was able to find my dream house. Karen was by my side throughout the whole process and even afterwards. I had an issue with my house the day after I moved in and she went to bat for me to get the sellers to fix the issue. i’m still in contact with her today two years later and I recommend her as much as I can to any friends looking to buy in the Atlanta area.

I am a first-time homebuyer in my early twenties. I graduated college a year ago. With that said, you can imagine that I didn’t have much money saved, didn’t have the highest paying job, nor did I know much about home buying (lenders, loan approval, inspections, appraisals, etc.). As someone who can have often have debilitating anxiety too, I don’t think I could have been supported more than how much Cristi was there to support me.I played devil’s advocate against myself and constantly warred between giving up on trying to buy a home and just move into an apartment. I feel I gave her every reason to give me away or consider moving onto the next client, but she stuck with me, gave me so much advice, constantly reassured me, and helped me with literally *everything* she possibly could. When I was encountering issues with the place I was temporarily living in, she reached out to others to try to help me find a place I could stay in for the meantime at an affordable cost. She’ll say that it’s no problem, not a big deal at all, and that this is something she does all the time. That shows two things: (1) the extent of her kindness and how far she will go to try to help and do what she can for you and (2) that her kindness is so genuine that such feats and favors are just normal, everyday acts for her.I could type for days and days talking about how great Cristi is!
