Excellent communication, knowledge, and negotiation skills. I realize that my case may be atypical, but the first offer I made on a home that I loved was accepted, and I got it for a fantastic price. I wouldn't have had a chance without following Melissa's advice. I trusted her, and she more than delivered. She also has some great connections that made my life so much easier after my offer was accepted. In my opinion, she should be in the Real Estate Hall of Fame.
