Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

Jennifer is absolutely awesome. She adopts your quest as her own and tries to meet all your wants and needs (we all know that list can be ridiculous). At times, I know I was the worst, through it all she remained professional, kind, understanding and patient. Not to mention her network of professionals is equally as awesome. I have since recommended her and will continue to do so. Look for a house by all means, but do it with Jen, Jennifer is IT! I promise you will not be disappointed. Yes! She is really that awesome. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Abdullah as a buyer while out of state. He helped me close the deal on one investment property and I am working with him to hopefully find a couple more. To say he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND is an understatement. Wiht me being out of state, he has taken on all the in person work and even after the deal is done he follows up. Really can not recommend him enough. I want to move to GA just so he can help me buy a house for myself!
