My wife and I have used Bill in the purchase and sale of our last two homes. We really enjoyed working with Bill back in 2014 when my wife and I moved to Georgia from south Florida. We ended up becoming friends so we decided to go to him (who else??) again for the hunt for our "forever" home. Well a few months later and lots of properties looked at, we finally found it.
