LaShonda Jones made all the difference. From the very beginning, she treated me with patience, kindness, and genuine care. She understood that this wasn’t just a house to me. It was our home. She never rushed me, always took time to explain every step, and made sure I felt comfortable with each decision. On the days I felt overwhelmed, she was calm, encouraging, and reassuring. It’s rare to find someone who is both great at what they do and truly cares about the people they serve. LaShonda is that person. She helped carry me through a very difficult season, and I will always be grateful.

Shonda made our home buying process feel stress free by keeping us informed, answering our questions, and explaining each step in a way we could understand. She was very responsive throughout the process and stayed in communication with us during inspections, negotiations, the appraisal, and underwriting. When the first house had inspection concerns, she supported us in making the best decision for our family instead of pressuring us to move forward. With the next home, she helped us negotiate with the seller, worked to keep the deal moving, and continued encouraging us during the waiting periods. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to feel educated and comfortable with such a big decision. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always felt like she was truly in our corner. We are so thankful for everything she did to help guide us toward becoming homeowners, and we would absolutely recommend her.

April is definitely A1! She is a true Angel. She is all in until she has completed the closing with you. She is more than a life SAVER. She is a life GIVER! She will help transform your life with being a Home provider. Thanks for all the work you put in with us. Thanks from Greg and Mellissa Van Dyke!!!!

When I wasn't able to she toured the properties for me. Kept me on video for the tours. No matter the property....
