She was very responsive throughout the process and stayed in communication with us during inspections, negotiations, the appraisal, and underwriting. When the first house had inspection concerns, she supported us in making the best decision for our family instead of pressuring us to move forward. With the next home, she helped us negotiate with the seller, worked to keep the deal moving, and continued encouraging us during the waiting periods. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to feel educated and comfortable with such a big decision. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always felt like she was truly in our corner. The total experience with Ms Jones was excellent from beginning to end. I didn't think I needed to involve a Realtor in the process of selling my home. She contacted me as a buyers agent.
