BILL BRADFORD

My wife and I have used Bill in the purchase and sale of our last two homes. We really enjoyed working with Bill back in 2014 when my wife and I moved to Georgia from south Florida. We ended up becoming friends so we decided to go to him (who else??) again for the hunt for our "forever" home. Well a few months later and lots of properties looked at, we finally found it. At one point my wife told me looking at houses with Bill was like looking at houses with her father because of the knowledge of construction quality and other insights he offered while looking for the perfect home. We don't want to move ever again, but if we do, you can bet that we will ask Bill for his help again!

I have bought 2 homes and sold 1 with Bill over the span of 5 years. His dedication to helping us find the right home is unmatched. He stuck with us for many months as we tried to figure out exactly what house and in what location would be best for us. He was patient, ALWAYS available to view homes, and worked any time of the day or night to get our questions answered and offers placed. I can say he truly enjoys his job and loved looking at any and every house. He gave honest advice about how the homes were built, priced, etc. He didn't sell us on every house we saw. He also had good strategies for when it came time to sell our first home. We sold it in less than a week and at over asking price. After closings he gave US a Thank You Care with loads of giftcards.. it should have been the other way around. We are so grateful for his expertise and the hard work he put towards helping us buy and sell.
