Extremely knowledgeable about the market and what to look for in a house. Detail oriented, patient and listened our wants and needs.

As first time home buyers we were lost. Paul not only answered every question we asked with great detail, he went above and beyond and informed us about the questions we did not know to ask. He had our backs during negotiations and helped us get everything we wanted. Even after we were under contract he made himself available whenever we called. Great guy with a great personallity. I will use him again if I ever need to buy/sell a home in the future.

This was my first time buying a house in the U.S and Joe made it seem effortless. He always made sure I was kept in the loop and took the extra time to listen to my concerns and ensure I understood every part of the process. His professionalism and knowledge is exceptional and he always provided the most up to date, accurate information. Overall, working with Joe was a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend The Kalina Brothers to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
