She was well informed about the area I was looking at and helped me get all the changes in the house that I wanted to make it everything I wanted. Shelby did an amazing job helping us find our home. She never made it seem like a chore to be helping us. As a military family, it was nice knowing she had the expertise and knowledge to help in every aspect of our home buying process. She was so down to earth and truly went to bat to make sure our home was everything we wanted/needed. I also appreciated that she was always straight forward about certain things but not in a harsh way. I'd rather be told we should do it differently rather than having to miss out on a home because someone wouldn't tell us it wouldn't get results. Seriously couldn't be happier to work with her, and when the time comes to relocate/if we want to move again, she will be the one we contact. She has our trust 100%!
