My experience with Davis was outstanding. He came into this sale after an unpleasant experience with another realtor. But he was honest from the beginning. He didn't pretend to lead me down some primrose path. The house had several material/repair issues that I was not made aware of by the previous realtor and he took pictures and showed me some noticeable things about the house to make it more attractive to a buyer.
