I’ve done business with Toni for several years and can only rave about the service she gave me. I rented my house through her for six or seven years and she always keep my rental occupied with dependable clean renters. Not once was my rent late in those six or seven years, she fully vetted the prospective renters. If my house needed anything done to it Toni had the personal to make the repairs in a very timely manner. All I had to do was cash the checks every month. When I decided to sell the home she made the whole process so easy a caveman could do it. The home was on the market one weekend and it was sold, and it was sold at a very favorable price.
