Cindy was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of selling my house. She went above and beyond as she sat with me for hours as I filled out the initial paperwork. The market was challenging when we first listed the house but I had every confidence in her to advise me each step of the way. She was always available when I had any questions. Alison made my husband and I at ease when selling our home. She always responded quickly with a phone call or a text when we had any questions. Alison was cheerful and upbeat. She even walked our dog when we had a house showing. We would highly recommend Alison. She was wonderful!

Best agent on the Georgia coast!

Right from the start she gave us great advice, priced the property just right. Alison is the only agent we talked to whose listings are seen on the entire coast of Georgia. We recieved multiple offers, she negotiated with all offers and our lot sold for the highest price of any lot in our subdivision that was not on the water. We are very pleased and will work with Alison again.

Over listing price!

Listing our home for sale with Alison was the best decision we could have made! Thanks to her real estate knowledge, connections, and marketing we were able to get far more than we would have on our own. We agreed on an ambitious list price and were pleasantly surprised with two offers OVER listing! We absolutely couldn’t have done it without Alison!
