During our home-buying experience, Joel was absolutely amazing. Never once did he push us or encourage us to buy a house that was wrong for us or that we were not sure about. He got two homes under contract for us when we were not the highest bidder (we bought one of them). He also pointed out things about homes that he didn't like (big things that would make resale hard). Joel always considered the exit plan with every home we considered.
